How do the teachers communicate with parents?
kailee@lukendigital.com2023-07-25T21:32:28-06:00We use the REMIND 101 app to communicate with our families. We will reach out to the family directly by phone if needed as well. Parents are always welcome to call the office as well.
How is tuition handled?
kailee@lukendigital.com2023-07-25T21:32:16-06:00Tuition is billed monthly. Parents have the option of being charged on the 1st or 15th of each month. GLS will hold a credit card or bank account information on file for payments.
Can I update/change my enrollment status?
kailee@lukendigital.com2023-07-25T21:32:04-06:00Yes, at GLS we strive to work with our families. We believe that open communication is key! A family can add/delete days of care and can do the same with hours – IE add or delete extended care.
What are your hours of operation?
kailee@lukendigital.com2023-07-25T21:30:41-06:00In the Fall, our hours of operation are 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM During our Summer Camp sessions, our hours of operation are 6:30 AM- 6:00 PM The school day is 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM extended care hours are 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM and 2:45 PM to close (6 or 6:30)
